Here,we would like to remind you that according to the related Turkish laws and legislations ,organ transplantation surgeries are applied only between the patients and their relatives till 4th degree such as father, mother, son, nephew, uncle etc. or between the close friends and with the donor’s written consent. Donor and the patient must prove his family relationship or close friendship  with the necessary official documents. Furthermore if the donor is a close friend of the patient’s ,it must be proven to provincial ethics commission that there is no financial relationship between the donor and the patient.
